This petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 27.09.2018, whereby, petitioner’s application for grant of compassionate appointment rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order passed by the Succession Court in favour of the petitioner, her case for compassionate appointment has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the case of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their submission made herein above and gone through records minutely. 5. Admittedly, respondents has rejected to grant compassionate appointment to the petitioner vide order dated 27.09.2018 (Annexure P/1), however, the Succession Certificate (Annexure P/3) has already been granted in favour of petitioner herein/ Vidya Sahu and she has been held to be daughter of Kartik Ram Sahu. In that view of the matter, order dated 27.09.2018 is quashed and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass fresh order within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.
