The instant petition has been filed against the order dated 24.05.2019 (Annexure P/1) whereby representation of the petitioner has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not been granted salary for 334 days of earned leave for which petitioner had made representation before respondent No.5 herein and same has been rejected vide order dated 24.05.2019, which is liable to set aside. 3. Learned State counsel oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submit that representation of the petitioner has rightly been rejected. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records it appears on perusal of order dated 24.05.2019 that certain information has not been given by the petitioner and also certain application has not been given in correct form. However, this Court is of the opinion to allow the petitioner to file fresh application raising all the grievances/objections along with detailed information before the Competent Authority within 30 days’ from today and same will be considered and decided by the Competent Authority in accordance with applicable rules and laws within 3 WPS No. 5375 of 2019 next 60 days from the date of receipt copy of this order along with application. 5.
