The petitioner’s application for appointment on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III has been rejected by respondent No.3 finding no merit. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that similar batch of writ petitions has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 20-1-2025 passed in WPS No.8740/2019 (Ramnarayan Singh v. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and other connected matters. 3. Learned State counsel would support the impugned order and oppose the writ petition. (WPS No.6338/2019) 4. A careful perusal of the impugned order would show that the learned competent authority has clearly recorded a finding that for appointment on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III, the candidate must have passed the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) examination which is the correct finding fo fact based on the evidence available on record. Even this Court in Ramnarayan Singh (supra) has also held so. In that view of the matter, the writ petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to cost(s). Sd/- (Sanjay K.
