When the matter is called out, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Raj Tanna has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 10.10.2019, the respondents issued FORM GST MOV-10 on 11.10.2019 and thereafter, the registration of the petitioner came to be cancelled by order dated 13.02.2020. Both the aforesaid orders are ordered to be taken on record. 3. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid order(s), it would be open for him to avail of appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
