In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be served if the petitioner herein is allowed to make a representation before the competent authority which shall be considered and decided by the said authority in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 18-1-2019 (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioner herein is quashed and the petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the competent authority for grant of second Kramonati Vetan Maan which shall be considered and decided afresh by the said authority in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
