Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Shubham Tripathi, Advocate For Respondent(s) : Mr. Amit Buxy, Dy. G.A. 2 (Single Bench: HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY K. AGRAWAL) Order on Board 06/01/2026 1. The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 26.02.2019, whereby the respondents have directed the petitioner to vacate the premises, namely Quarter No. DNK-38 (Old Rest House). 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is arbitrary, illegal, and unsustainable in law. It is further contended that since the premise-in-question is required for use as a rest house, the petitioner is entitled to allotment of alternative accommodation in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considered their submissions made hereinabove and went through the records with utmost circumspection. 4. In view of the fact that the interim order passed by this Court is still operating and considering the return filed by the State Government assuring that alternative accommodation shall be allotted to the petitioner, the State Government is directed to allot alternative accommodation to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Upon such allotment, the petitioner shall vacate the premises in question forthwith. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) JUDGE Saurabh
