Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner worked with the respondent No.04 for the period from 13.07.2019 to 17.11.2019, but he has not been paid salary and allowances and, for which, he may be permitted to file a comprehensive representation alongwith supportive documents before the concerned respondent No.04, which may be directed to be considered and decided within a reasonable time. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to file aforesaid representation alongwith copy of this order and supportive documents before the concerned respondent No.04 within 04 weeks’ from today and, in turn, the concerned respondent No.04 is directed to consider and decide petitioners’ said representation with regard to payment of salary and allowance for the period he worked in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order preferably within 06 weeks from the date of receipt of said representation. 4.
