The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 547/2018 ORDER: Even though the matter is posted under the caption ‘For dismissal’, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2. The contempt case is filed against the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 13.09.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30919 of 2017, which is extracted hereunder: “Status-quo shall be maintained, as on today pursuant to the interim proceedings dated 02.08.2017 and 07.08.2017, with regard to the management of Sri Krishna Geetha Asramam, Kadapa.” 3. Even though, the contempt is filed in the year 2018, except filing the contempt case, so far the petitioner did not pursue the matter. The order of this Court dated 13.09.2017 is only a status-quo shall be maintained as on that day. In the absence of prosecution of the case regarding violation of the order of this Court, no further orders are necessary. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
