Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a matrimonial dispute between parties has been resolved. This Criminal Revision Case has preferred by husband/petitioner challenging order of Interim Maintenance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as matrimonial disputes has resolved between the parties, it is not necessary to proceed further with this matter. Taking note of submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as Withdrawn.
