This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard Mr. U.K. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Panda, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Even though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the communication issued by the ARCS, Nayagarh Circle, Nayagarh- Opp. Party No. 1 on 29.03.2018 under Annexure-8, but it is fairly contended by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that in terms of the said letter, no step has been taken by the Society to fill up the post of Chief Executive by way of direct recruitment. 3.1. It is further contended that Petitioner is continuing as Asst. Secretary -cum- Secretary-in-Charge of the Society till date. It is accordingly contended that Petitioner be granted liberty to move Opp. Party No. 1 for consideration of his grievance to get the benefit of regular appointment as Chief Executive of the Society. Page 2 of 2. 4. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the course of action proposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 5. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and considering the submission made, this Court while disposing the writ petition, observe that, if any such application is moved before Opp. Party No. 1 within a period of three (3) weeks hence, the said Opp. Party shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such application.
