The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE CHEEKATI MANAVENDRANATH ROY AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TUHIN KUMAR GEDELA CONTEMPT CASE No.2375 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy) This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner complaining non-compliance with the order dated 14.06.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16848 of 2018 by the respondents/contemnors. 2. Today, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 produced a copy of the order passed in Diary No.38532 of 2018, which is filed by the Municipal Commissioner of Naidupeta Nagara Panchayat against the aforesaid order and tagged along with SLP (C) No.21954 of 2018, to show that the Supreme Court has granted stay of the present contempt proceedings. Copy of the same is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Therefore, as an order of stay is granted against the contempt proceedings by the Supreme Court, this contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case after the stay is vacated by the Supreme Court or after the matter before the Supreme Court is disposed of in her favour. Presence of the respondents stands dispensed with. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, in this case shall stand closed.
