In this writ petition, the petitioner prayed for a direction to the opposite party for expeditious disposal of the said appeal. 4. It is submitted by Mrs. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who was a social activist, expired on 10.12.2019 and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 5.
