Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner to consider his grievance and further to allow him to participate in any such inquiry initiated by the opposite parties on the ground stated. 3. In course of hearing, the matter was referred to mediation by the Court’s order dated 24th October, 2025. A copy of the mediation report dated 6th February, 2026 is produced by learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing. The said report reveals that the parties have reached at a settlement with the petitioner to pay the full and final amount of Rs.1,10,000/- (rupees one lac ten thousand) against the demand with the office of opposite party No.1. Today, it is informed to the Court by learned counsel for the petitioner that such deposit has been made and received on 18th March, 2026. In support of such deposit, a letter addressed to opposite party No.1 with the endorsement thereon dated 18th March, 2026 is produced. Recorded the submission of Mr. Acharya, learned counsel for the opposite parties. In view of the mediation between the parties with a settlement arrived at and the petitioner having deposited the amount agreed upon, no further direction is necessary from this Court. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of in view of the mediation dated 6th February, 2026. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (R.K.
