This matter is taken up in the 1st National Lok Adalat in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the Appellant- Insurance Company and Respondent No.1-claimant. 2. On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a consolidated sum of Rs.4,50,000/-(Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand) as compensation. 3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the modified award amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months which shall be disbursed to the claimant on such proportion to be decided by the Tribunal. 4.
