By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief: “It is therefore prayed that for the interest of justice your lordship may kindly be graciously pleased to issue a suitable writ in the shape of “Mandamus” directing the O.P.No.3 to consider and dispose of the Representation of the Petitioner under Annexure -3 of the writ Petition within a period of three months on merit by giving reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner at the time of hearing;” 3. As seen from the case record, the Petitioner has not removed the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter since as far back as the year 2018, despite lapse of seven years. 4. Be that as it may, the innocuous prayer of the Petitioner is for consideration of the representation submitted by her before the Tahasildar, Kakatpur on 17.01.2017. 5. In view of the above, in the event the aforesaid representation is pending before the Tahasildar, Kakatpur and has not been disposed of in the meanwhile; be disposed of within a period of one month and the result thereof be communicated to the Petitioner thereafter. 6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned AGA for onward communication to the Tahasildar, Kakatpur to ensure compliance.
