In view of the above and for the reason stated therein, IA is allowed. Consequently, the order dated 10th March, 2023 in the ABLAPLs shall be read as and with reference to G.R. Case No.305(B) of 2023. 4. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Begunia in compliance of the order in the ABLAPLs within the extended period of fifteen days.
