The petitioners have filed the present writ petition, inter alia, making the following relief:- “i) directing the opposite parties not to allow movement of Multi axle trucks on the road from Khandadhar to Bisra Chowk, Barsuan (stretch of 17kms) until the same is widened to 4 lane road and certified by the competent authorities that the same is capable of allowing movement of multi axle vehicles; ii) if the opposite parties failed to show cause or show insufficient cause the same shall be made absolute; and iii) to issue such other Writ or Writs as afford complete relief to the petitioners.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued the matter at length. However, while responding to the query of the Court regarding the maintainability of the writ petition, he submitted that he would prefer to withdraw the present petition to agitate the issue before the appropriate authority. 4.
