Ltd. and Another Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2022) 10 Supreme Court Cases 592, the learned Court below proceeded further. Both the parties were informed accordingly through their respective counsels. Ultimately, due to the continuous non-appearance of the Petitioner before the Court below, CP No.307 of 2017 was dismissed for default on 14.07.2022. 4.
