None had appeared when the matter was listed and taken up on 27.02.2026 and 24.02.2026. 2. The petition was presented on 3.12.2018 before this Court filed by the wife in the marriage seeking transfer of the CrP No. 142 of 2018 filed by the husband in the marriage under section 125, Cr.P.C. seeking monthly maintenance @ ₹7,000/- per month from the wife then working as stated to be working as Inspector of Legal Metrology under the Govt. of Odisha. 3. The Registry has obtained instruction from the office of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak who has intimated by letter dated 7.3.2026 that the CrP No. 142 of 2018 is still pending. 4. It is indicated that pursuant to the interim order dated 11.1.2019 passed by the coordinate Bench the further proceeding in the said CrP has been stalled. The notice issued by the coordinate Bench by order dated 11.1.2019 has returned unserved with noting postal remark “Addressee long absent.” 5. As directed order dated 24.03.2026 Registry has made efforts to indicate the order passed by this Court dated 24.03.2026 and the next date of listing by whatsapp. Apparently petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. 6. The matter is disposed of. 7. Interim order passed earlier stand vacated and copy of this order shall be forwarded to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak to be kept in the records of CrP No. 142 of 2018 which has been intimated to be pending by letter of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak dated 7.3.2026.
