It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties that issue involved in this writ W.P.(C) No.13696 of 2018 petition is identical to the matter in the said writ petition. It is conceded by the learned counsel for both sides that the result of said writ petition [W.P.(C) No.13691 of 2018] would abide this writ petition. 3. Hearing of W.P.(C) No.13691 of 2018 being concluded on 13.03.2026, the same is kept reserved for preparation of Order and the same is pronounced today (15.04.2026) in open Court. The present matter is disposed of along with the said writ petition today. 4. In view of the above noted submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the instant writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the Order pronounced today (15.04.2026) in W.P.(C) No.13691 of 2018. The opposite parties are required to examine the factual similarity between the petitioner in the instant writ petition with that of the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.13691 of 2018 and in view of discussions made and taking note of decisions referred to therein the representation dated 26.04.2018 of the instant writ petitioner shall be disposed of. The entire exercise of consideration of the grievance of the petitioner for regularization/absorption in service shall be completed within a period of three months from today. Consequently, the opposite parties-Bank is directed to act in terms of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.13691 of 2018.
