1. In terms of the order dated 22.01.2026 the Opposite Party is present in person in Court.

Learned counsel Mr. Sanjaya Kumar Das has entered appearance on behalf of Opposite Party by filing Vakalatanama and files an additional affidavit indicating that the matter has been settled inter se between the parties. The Vakalatanama along with additional affidavit is taken on record.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
4. This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the judgment dated 27.12.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jajpur in Criminal Appeal No.11 of 2015 confirming the judgment dated 18.04.2015 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol in 1CC Case No.84 of 2011 corresponding
to T.R. No.395 of 2011 convicting the Petitioner under Section 138 of the NI Act.
5. Opposite Party (Mr. Rama Chandra Kantha) is present in person and on being queried, he states that the matter has been amicably settled.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party- Complainant submits that Opposite Party (Mr. Rama Chandra Kantha) has received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in shape of demand draft towards full and final settlement which was already encashed by Opposite Party for which he submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter.
7. In such view of the matter, the CRLREV along with pending Misc. Cases stand disposed of in terms of the additional affidavit which shall form part of the record. The order of conviction & sentence is accordingly set aside.
