Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent and Ms. Y. Jinita, learned counsel for the private respondent Nos. 6 to 18. [2] Learned counsel for the private respondent Nos. 6 to 18 filed an application being MC(WP(C) No. 77 of 2026 for determining them from being counsel for private respondent Nos. 6 to 18 on the ground that they are not able to contact the private respondents. In the circumstances, they do not have any instruction for appearing the matter. [3] This Court has perused the materials on record. In the circumstances, the counsel for private respondent Nos. 6 to 18 are determined and discharged from being representing the private respondents. [4] Petitioner is directed to serve respondent Nos. 6 to 18 by dasti failing which by substituted service by publication in two daily newspaper, one in “English” and one in “Manipuri” for two consecutive days as there is no full detailed addresses of private respondent Nos. 6 to 18. Petitioner is further directed to file affidavit of proof of service of substituted service as applicable. [5] MC(WP(C) No. 77 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of.
