O R D E R 16-06-2026 Mr. Abhishek Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he and his chamber colleagues have no contact with the petitioner and they have no instructions for appearing on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, it is difficult for them to pursue the case and they have filed MC(WP(C)) No. 63 of 2025 for determining from being the counsel for the petitioner. Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. This Court has perused the material on record and the application, i.e., MC(WP(C)) No. 63 of 2025 is allowed and the applicant and her chamber colleagues are discharged from being the counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner to engage new counsel or appear in person. List the main case on 31-08-2026. MC(WP(C)) No. 63 of 2025 is disposed of.
