On 26.04.2024, following order was passed : “Mr. Shayonkar, Advocate submits that original counsel for petitioner Shri Shaleen Singh Baghel, Adv. has been emplaned as State counsel. Therefore, he may be permitted to file his Vakalatnama in the case and to argue the matter. Permission as prayed for is granted. Upon filing of fresh Vakalatnama of the counsel, Registry shall remove the name of Shri Shaleen Singh Baghel, Advocate from the cause list on the further dates of hearing. Learned State counsel also prays for sometime to file REKHA SINGH -2- reply in the matter. List this case upon receipt of reply.” 2. It appears that till date, Vakalatnama has not been filed on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief : “10.1) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case from the authorities concerned for its kind perusal. 10.2) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Shiksha karmi Grade II/ Teacher (Panchayat). 10.3) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 4. A perusal of writ petition would show that the petitioner is claiming promotion to the post of Teacher as she was appointed to the post of Assistant Teacher(Panchayat) on 04.06.2005. 5. It is informed by Mr. Tripathi, Advocate that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as she has been promoted to the post of Teacher vide order dated 10.10.2022. 6. Having considered the submissions made by Mr. Tripathi and perusal of order dated 10.10.2022 would reveal that the petitioner has already been promoted to the post of Teacher and thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
