The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of TGT Science bearing roll No.72110568 as eligible candidate and provisionally allow him to appear in the interview fixed for 26.09.2018 as per Annexure P-5. Further prayer has been made to reserve a post of TGT Science subject to the outcome of the present writ petition. 2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 12.08.2024, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, despite the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor her counsel is interested in pursuing the present writ petition. 3. Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution accordingly.
