Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of Criminal Complaint No. 64 dated 01.09.2010 titled as Ashwani Kumar vs. Sandhu Poultry Research & Breeding Farm etc. pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhuri and notice/charge dated 20.11.2012 qua the petitioner and order dated 20.11.2012 whereby the application for discharge filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhuri and order dated 17.02.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite making of the best efforts, none has come forward on behalf of the petitioner.
