1. The present writ petition is filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing
order dated 09/13.10.2006 passed by respondent No. 4 imposing the penalty of stoppage of 2 increments with cumulative effect; order dated 27.11.2007 passed by respondent No. 3 enhancing the penalty to that of reduction at the lowest stage in the pay scale of TA I for 3 years with cumulative effect along with recovery of Rs.1 lac and order dated 05.02.2018 passed by respondent No. 4, rejecting the statutory review petition, with all consequential benefits along with interest.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the case of the petitioner is covered by the Full Bench judgment of this Court dated 06.12.2019 titled as Food Corporation of India and others vs, Malkiat Singh (deceased) through Lrs Jatinder Singh and others, passed in LPA No. 1888-2013wherein the question involved in the present writ petition is decided against the petitioner.
