Learned counsel for the parties agrees that the in view of the efforts made outside the merits of the appeal, the parties have amicably resolved their dispute. Learned counsel for the parties further submits that the appellant has agreed to pay a lump sum amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- to the respondent as full and final settlement of all claims arising out in respect of the present appeal and no further claim will be raised by the respondent against the present appellant. Hence, the present appeal may kindly be
disposed of having been not pressed any further in view of the settlement between the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that in terms of the instructions received through e-mail dated 16.05.2026, though the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, but, it is clarified that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties in a peculiar and exceptional circumstances of the present case, particularly in view of the proceedings that took place before the Co-ordinate Bench on 09.01.2026 and RIYA 2026.07.16 13:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
-2- therefore, the present settlement will not be treated as a precedent.
3. Ordered accordingly.
4. Let the said amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- be disbursed to the respondents within the period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
