The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the arrears of pay difference and other consequential benefits to the petitioner with effect from 23.02.1995 when his services were regularised along with interest @ 12% per annum. 2. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all the necessary benefits except Dearness Allowance, Medical Allowance and interest on certain payments have not been released to the petitioner. For claiming the remaining benefits, he will submit a representation and the same may be considered and disposed of by the competent authority i.e. respondent No.3, in a time bound manner. 3.
