Juris Retail Multitrade Pvt. Ltd.”, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, qua the petitioners. 2. The present petition has been pending before this Court since the year 2018. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 29.07.2025 and again on 19.03.2026. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. On 19.03.2026, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioners as well as their counsel. As per office report, notice upon the petitioners stands duly served and even learned counsel for the petitioners, namely, Sh. J.S.
