1. Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.1334/2018 dated 27.02.2018 (CNR No.PBJL03-007007-2018), instituted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for short, ‘NI Act’) (Annexure P-1), titled as “Sri Sai Enterprises v. Juris Retail Multitrade Pvt. Ltd.”, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, qua the petitioners.
2. The present petition has been pending before this Court since the year 2018. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 29.07.2025 and again on 19.03.2026. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
3. On 19.03.2026, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioners as well as their counsel. As per office report, notice upon the petitioners stands duly served and even learned counsel for the petitioners, namely, Sh. J.S. Dadwal, has been informed through e-mail regarding the next date fixed in the matter.

4. Since there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last three consecutive dates of hearing, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consequently, interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2020 also stands vacated. The learned trial Court concerned is directed to proceed further with the proceedings in accordance with law. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the concerned trial Court for information and compliance. Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
