Learned counsel for the appellants submits that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties and upon payment of the requisite amount, the respondent-plaintiff/decree-holder has withdrawn the execution petition. He submits that in view of the same, the appellants do not wish to pursue the instant appeal and they may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the appellants, the present appeal is dismissed as having been withdrawn.

The request for refund of court fee is directed to be decided in accordance with the rules.
