This appeal assails the rejection of appellant’s objection under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the award dated 29.11.2013. 2. Though the appeal has remained pending since 2018, but there is no interim protection operating. On the last date also, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of the appellant. Today also, similar request for adjournment is made by proxy counsel. 3. We are not inclined to accept such request, as it is quite likely that the award must have been given effect to, as there is no stay order for the last about 08 years. 4.
