Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner was struck down from the rolls of Chandigarh Home Guards Organization on the basis of FIR No.36 dated 22.07.2018, under Sections 21, 29, 61 and 85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station STF, Phase-4, S.A.S. Nagar Mohali.
