This is an application under Section 151 CPC for placing on
record the Compromise dated 29.12.2025 as Annexure R1.
After going through the contents of the application, which is
supported by affidavit of respondent No.1, the same is allowed subject to
all just exceptions and Compromise dated 29.12.2025 is taken on record as
Annexure R1.
MAIN CASE
At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants
submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties by
way of Compromise dated 29.12.2025 (Annexure R1) and, therefore, prays SUNENA 2026.01.23 18:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
that the present appeal be disposed of accordingly. It is submitted that the
said Compromise be made a part of the Decree.
Learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 also admits the
factum of compromise effected between the parties and raises no objection
to the above.
Ordered accordingly.
Needless to say, the parties shall remain bound by the terms
and conditions of the said Compromise dated 29.12.2025 (Annexure R-1).
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
