3. This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, whereby the petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2018 against the tentative notification for reservations of Nagar Palika of the State dated 28.04.2018.
4. It is tentative notification annexure no.3 issued for tentative reservation for the Nagar Palika in the Municipal election to be held in the year 2018 itself. Municipal Election had already been held in the year 2018.
5. Thus this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
6. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
