In view thereof, let notices be issued to the appellants. To be heard alongwith CR-4913-2014 on the date already fixed therein.” 2. As per office report, notice issued to appellant No.1 stands duly served however, none has put in appearance on his behalf. Appellant Nos.2 to 4 remain unserved with the report that they were not found residing at the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of appellant Nos.2 to 4 except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court.
