Present petition has been filed against the order dated 05.10.2018, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri, vide which charge sheet was framed against the petitioner for offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 379-A, 395 and 413 IPC. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner be given liberty to take all the pleas at the appropriate stage before the learned trial Court. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel submitted that a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 16.11.2018, had already given a direction to learned trial Court to reframe the charge and as per report of learned Sessions Judge dated 17.07.2022 charge has been re- framed. 4. Heard. 5. Order dated 16.11.2018 perused. 6.
