Thereafter, the suit has been repeatedly adjourned for framing of issues without any further progress. 4.Taking into consideration that the suit was instituted in the year 2017 and that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as 15.10.2025, this Court directs the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi, to dispose of O.S. No.45 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
