The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had availed a loan from the third respondent by mortgaging the title deeds pertaining to the subject property. It is further submitted that, although the entire loan amount was repaid by the petitioner, the original title deeds have not been returned by the respondents 3 and 4. In these circumstances, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.10.2018 to respondents 3 and 4 seeking return of the original title deeds. However, the said representation is still pending consideration. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4.The learned counsel further submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, to consider the representation of 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.24594 of 2018 the petitioner dated 09.10.2018, if the same has not already been considered and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
