2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Though very many grounds have been raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to remit the determined property tax due amount of Rs.11,32,170/- in ten equated monthly installments. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to remit the entire demand amount of Rs.11,32,170/- by way of Ten (10) equated monthly installments, commencing from 3rd August, 2026 and shall pay the installments on or before 3rd of every succeeding English Calendar month, failing which, it is open to the respondents to initiate appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law.
