On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents is not able to dispute the fact that no notice or opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner before passing of order dated 25.12.2018 (Annexure P-3). 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the impugned order dated 25.12.2018 (Annexure P-3), whereby the grade pay of the petitioner was reduced, having been passed without giving any notice or opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as such, the impugned order dated 25.12.2018 (Annexure P-3) has been passed in violation of principles of natural justice and the same is liable to be quashed. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 25.12.2018 (Annexure P-3) is quashed, however, with liberty to the respondents to pass a fresh order, in accordance with law. 6.
