When the matter was taken up for hearing today (14.07.2026), the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and that a Joint Compromise Memo has also been filed. The appellant as well as the first respondent are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. The identity proof of the parties have also been verified. The contents of the Joint Compromise Memo were read over and explained to both parties in the presence of their respective counsel, and both parties admitted that the same are true and correct.
