ORDER This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3260/2018/G dated 30.08.2018
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned show cause notice dated 30.08.2018 issued by the respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3260/2018/G. He would further submit that, instead of pursuing the writ petition at this stage, the petitioner may be permitted to submit a detailed explanation/objections to the impugned show cause notice. He therefore seeks liberty for the petitioner to submit such explanation within a time to be fixed by this Court and requests this Court to direct the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing.
3. Recording the above submission, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit his explanation/objections to the impugned show cause notice dated 30.08.2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
