The parties have confirmed that they signed the compromise memo filed before this Court. 2. I have gone through the compromise deed and find nothing unlawful or irregular in the same. On the suggestions of this Court, the appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- to the second respondent. On such payment, the second respondent shall give up all the claims over 67 sq.ft, which is the subject matter of ‘B’ Schedule. The appellant has sought time till 17.09.2026 to pay the amount of Rs.9,00,000/-. 3. Accordingly, the Second Appeals are disposed of in terms of the compromise. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The Compromise Memo filed by the parties shall form part of this order. 4. Call the matter on 21.09.2026 for ‘reporting compliance’.
