The petitioner is a member of the fifth respondent Co-operative Society. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent, while functioning as the Secretary of the Society, had committed various irregularities. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents seeking appropriate action against the fifth respondent. 3. The learned Counsel for State submitted that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's representation was considered and appropriate orders have been passed on 27.11.2018. 4. In view of the above subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.11.2018 in the manner known to law, if so advised. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
