It is manifest from the records (viz. the Order Sheet annexed to this Appeal) that when the Appeal was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion, i.e., 08.06.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought adjournment under the pretext that the appellant has not come forward to give any instructions to them. Hence, the Bench acceding to such request, directed the Registry to list the Appeal on 15.06.2026, under the caption, ‘For Dismissal’ and also to print the name of the Appellant in the causelist. 2. Accordingly, when the matter was listed on 15.06.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. However, the learned counsel for the respondent was present. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned to 07.07.2026 (i.e.today).
