The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has not been considered by the Official Respondents, till date. 4. On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that no complaint has been received from the petitioner to consider. 5. In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, this Court is inclined to give liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint, if no complaint is available on the file of the 3rd respondent, forthwith.
