Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He further submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondents concerned in case of any grievance. 4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents in regard to the subject issue, if required in future. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
