WP No. 15197 of 2018 __________ Page3 of 4 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to protect the petitioner’s right to life and property by taking swift action against the respondents 4 to 9, who have allegedly committed acts of vandalism on the petitioner’s property measuring 95½ cents, bearing S.F.No.245/2A, situated at Pooluvapatti Village, Coimbatore South Taluk, and ensure compliance with Article 21 of the Constitution of India by considering her representations dated 27.05.2018 and 12.06.2018. 2. Heard Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) and Mr.S.Arjun, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4, 6 to 9.
Perused the materials available on record. 3. It is observed that after a lapse of eight years, the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation seeking police protection on fresh cause of action, if any.
