In the order dated 08.02.2023, this Court had granted time for taking steps for service of notice on the other side until 22.02.2023 and had also categorically held that if steps are not taken before the aforesaid date, the Civil Revision Petition would stand automatically dismissed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to file batta within the prescribed time period and the Registry has also made an endorsement on 27.02.2023 indicating that the batta had not been filed.
